Review websites are now an integral part of the travel industry and booking process but recent concerns about them being manipulated by service providers are a worry. By posting your comments about venues, properties and Westway Travel I can assure you of two things.

1) The right people will see them. By this I mean either you, Westway clients or other travellers will read reviews from like minded local people.
2) I will personally be following all comments and will add my thoughts to all postings.

Remember we are independent of all Tour Operators and hotels and have no bias towards any product range. It is my staffs’ job to make sure you experience the best holiday possible.

I thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the guest book.

Hi Cyan

The week away was excellent. No complaints with hotel, staff, room, food, all high quality. The area was also very good. Beaches, bars and eateries all good standard.

Would definitely recommend the area and the hotel, along with you and Westway Travel.

Thanks for all your help.

Best regards

Ian Prior reply: Good to read that you enjoyed Sardinia especially as I am considering it myself as a late summer break. You are unlike many other travellers by choosing a less popular destination but by taking the time to complete the guest book I hope that more of our clients take the recommendation of Sardinia on board

Thanks for your time and Kind words about Westway Travel

This was a very good holiday from start to finish. The Prestige representatives were very good, smart and efficient, friendly and very helpful. Cyan at Westway Travel was very good and I am glad she chose Prestige for us, we will certainly book with you in the feature - Thank You

Ian Prior reply: Thanks for taking the time to complete our Guestbook. Jersey is much underrated and works perfectly for a summer holiday or short break especially with the Southend flights. The Merton is obviously a great choice for Families and I will make sure the team here are told about the quality the hotel has to offer

Hi Sarah,

We have returned fully refreshed from our adventures in Jersey, all of the family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Southend airport worked a treat and went smoothly, the Merton hotel was ideal for us with the food excellent and a wide variety on offer. The room was ideal with a separate bedroom for the boys with a tv. Entertainment every night which the boys loved and all of the staff there very helpful, the really good thing being the aqua dome and pool complex on site which was made full use of. Plenty of excursions out to various places, will defiantly return in the future and probably to the same hotel as it was perfect for us.

Many thanks

Just back from a fabulous family holiday at the Marbella Beach hotel in Corfu. Many thanks to Louise (and Ian) for your help with everything. Journey both ways went like clockwork, hotel brilliant and ticked all the boxes - great place, great weather, fabulous food and lots to keep the kids entertained too. Would definitely recommend!

Great friendly service from all at Westway Travel - making all your holiday arrangements stress free ... bespoke travel agency at its best!

Hello Sarah

Thank you so much for your email and all the trouble you all went to when booking our holiday for us.

We had an amazing time and think we are now hooked on cruising! Our position on the ship was ideal and we didn't feel anything when we believe there was a little swell coming home on the Friday. The entertainment was first class along with the food. There were a lot of people on board but you didn't notice them. We thought the ship was immaculate and the customer service from the waiters and room stewards was brilliant along with the spa staff. We chose Freedom dining which was brilliant in the evening but a little bit of a free for all during breakfast but manageable. The only thing we commented to P & O on their questionnaire was that it would've been a nice touch to have had a welcome meeting or ships tour for the first time passengers which apparently was about 1200 of us! Big ship but well worth it. Embarking and disembarking were excellent and so easy. Would thoroughly recommend it. However, we sat with a few different people on the odd evening and they had been with Royal Caribbean and some thought they had more to do during the day and a little less expensive on ship. We have nothing to compare it too and were very pleased with our choice. There were a lot of children on board being the summer holidays but actually you hardly saw them and they were no problem either.

Hope that is of use to you but please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like any more information.

Best wishes

Paula & Paul

Ian Prior reply: thanks for taking the time to let Sarah and I know how your cruise went. As the crusie market becomes more popular I agree with your comments about a ships tour. the new ships are so large now they ar ethe size of a village and I can see why you need help. I will keep you posted if your suggestion is accepted by a cruise company

We have just returned from a RC cruise round the Med and had the most wonderful time. As soon as we boarded the ship in Southampton our holiday started straight away (the check in at the City Cruise terminal was so straight forward). As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) we were rather concerned about the size of the interior cabin we booked! It worked out surprisingly well and the guys rather enjoyed sleeping on the Pullman beds! We cannot fault anything on the ship but be aware of the price they charge you for the bottled mineral water, as even if you have a water package and you use the water from the mini bar you will still get charged....$19 for 4 small bottles. Also, try and book any trips before you go as they add on at least an extra 35% of the price if you book on board.....the Aqualand trip in Cadiz, Seville was certainly not worth the money (£200 for 4 adults) and the fact you had to purchase a fast pass to get on the rides was pretty annoying ( no fast pass ment we had lots of queuing and only went on about 4 slides!).
Finally, I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Louise Kewell at the Wickford branch who was a total superstar and always found time to answer my many questions :D * * *

Ian Prior reply: I am pleased you had a most enjoyable trip around the Med. I have spoken to Cyan and given here a pat on the back but just as importantly I have made sure your comments about cost get fed to all of my staff. By taking the time to complete the guest book you will hopefully have passed on some useful information to other clients and in turn their comments will be of benefit to you.

We had a wonderful stay in Madeira, thank you Cyan. The hotel was very clean and although we only ate breakfast there we had a very good choice of food. It is the first time we have stayed in the old town but we loved it and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Of course, the icing on the cake for us was seeing our son and grandchildren.

Ian Prior reply: Visiting family is always a joy but what a beautiful island to do it on. It has always surprised me that few of our clients consider Madeira as a holiday destination because it has so much to offer.

I will keep spreading the word and also will congratulate Cyan for doing a good job.

Have just returned from a 10 week holiday organised for us by Maxine Morris from the Upminster branch. Our 1st stop was 5 days in Puket, georgous. We then flew to Robina in Queensland from where we travel all along the coast to Port Douglas. All the hotels/ motels we stayed in were excellent, as Maxine knows I can be a bit fussy with rooms.
From there we flew to Darwin, Kings Canyon & Ayers Rock.
Returning to Sydney before leaving for Dubai for 3 days & finally home to UK. There was so much organisation that went into this holiday that we did expect a few hick ups but there were none. Hire cars were always ready for us, no hassle checking in rooms, even got some upgrades, transfers to airport all on time. Well done Maxine & every one that helped, Brillant job. ABCDMaxine has organised our our holidays for many years & hopefully many more to come.

Ian Prior reply: you are right Australian trips have so many component in them that occasionally some things go wrong. with this in mind this is why we introduced our 24/7 Emergency number for our clients to call. On this occasion I am pleased you had no need to call

Thanks Cyan ,

The trip to Benidorm was fantastic and mama mia it was hot there.

The flights , transfer and arrival at hotel all worked fine and all the paper work you did for us was first class .

The rooms at the Rosamar are bit below par - probably what you would politely say " in need of refurbishment " I suspect nothing has been done with them since the hotel was built - but we accept the Rosamar is one of the cheapest 3 star hotels there . Overall ( despite the rooms being a bit below par ) the Rosamar offered good value for money . All rooms are doubles - so for a single occupancy we each received a double room with a good balcony . The location is absolutely ideal - close to the beach , close to the "lively" part of the town in the evening but at the same time in a quiet location with no noise intrusions from neighbouring bars at night.

Everything else fine , public rooms , pool area and buffet all ok and staff friendly and a very happy and holiday atmosphere prevailing in the hotel as there was in all Benidorm.

Overall a great time

Thanks and we hope opportunity for you to assist us again soon
